Our menu

HIU, the name of which means “I’m hungry” in Thai, reflects both the physical need and the creative yearning that defines our gastronomic proposal as “restless”, bringing the flavors of Bangkok to the center of the gastronomic capital of the Costa Daurada.

It is tradition, innovation and ingenuity that has led the cuisine of Cambrils to occupy a privileged position in the world of gastronomy, with a varied offer to serve the most demanding palates.

On the other side, the liquid proposal complements our innovative cuisine with a wine list that includes around 110 selected references, carefully selected by the team. Moreover, we make fermented drinks, like our own ginger beer, used as a pairing in some of our tasting menu dishes.

Among the most unique experiences is an artisan liqueur created in collaboration with La Destilateca, with a subtle touch of curry, which is also incorporated as an accompaniment to one of the dishes on the menu, adding a different and sophisticated touch to the dining experience .
