Our charter

HIU, whose name means “I’m hungry” in Thai, reflects both the physical need and the creative yearning that defines our gastronomic proposal as “restless”, bringing the flavors of Bangkok to the center of the gastronomic capital of the Gold Coast.

It is tradition, innovation and ingenuity that has led the cuisine of Cambrils to occupy a privileged position in the world of gastronomy, with a varied offer to serve the most demanding palates.

On the other hand, the liquid proposal complements our innovative cuisine with a wine list that includes some 110 references carefully selected by the team. In addition, the restaurant produces fermented beverages, such as our own ginger beer, used as a pairing in some of the tasting menu courses.

Among the most unique experiences is an artisanal liqueur created in collaboration with La Destilateca, with a subtle touch of curry, which is also incorporated as an accompaniment to one of the dishes on the menu, adding a different and sophisticated touch to thedining experience .
